Portfolio redesign
The first version was the start — a minimal landing, basic markup, nothing extra. The new version is a full rebuild: deeper functionality, considered architecture, modern motion, and the attention to detail the original lacked.
The person behind the work
I'm Aleksandr — an independent web developer in my fifth year in Prague. I specialise in end-to-end websites: from the first sketch in Figma to launch on Cloudflare with analytics and forms.
I work in tandem with AI: I act as architect and quality gate while the models take on the routine of mark-up. It hasn't made things easier — it's made the bigger picture more important. Knowing where to step in by hand. The result is that I ship sites faster and to a higher bar than I did three years ago.
Outside of code: I read about design, rebuild my espresso machine in pieces, and walk Prague's side streets hunting for good signage. If you have a project that needs taste and attention — let's talk.

Brief & research
I study your task, audience, and competitors. I shape a brief and pick a stack that fits. By the end you have a document with goals and a clear sense of what we're building.

Design & prototype
I design in Figma — from concept to pixel-perfect screens. Together we land typography, colour, and the interactive details. The prototype is something you can click in the browser before development starts.

Development
I turn the screens into a live site. I work with Claude Code as a partner — I write the architecture and review every line, the model takes the routine. You watch progress on a staging domain in real time.
